As we age, we naturally begin to be more and more challenged in our physical and mental ability - let's face it...many of us have difficulty getting our socks on first thing in the morning, not to mention the effects of arthritis, the weather and lack of excercise all contributing to our inability to do our basic living activities.  Many of us simply push through, however there may come a time where that inability will begin to effect our quality of life, and it is this challenge that we want you to have a better understanding.
